Return and Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, then you may return it to us for a full refund. You will have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you can return it, if you wish to do so. The cost of the goods will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned products.  Please notify us by email, ahoy@odysseyseafishing.co.uk before returning the product and please make sure to include your full name, address and product description. Returns should be addressed to:

Odyssey Sea Fishing, 18 Molesworth Road, Stoke, Plymouth, Devon, England, PL1 5LZ.

The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the product is unopened and within its original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. However, the cost of the original delivery charge will not be refunded. The goods are your responsibilty until received by us, we strongly recommend getting proof of postage. The return delivery charge will be the responsibility of the  purchaser.
