5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or busy periods.
• Please check your delivery details carefully, we cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

If something isn’t right, you can return items within 14 days if they are:

• In original packaging
• In resellable condition (unless faulty)

Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected.

Non‑returnable items include:
